Go to Filter-Blur-Gaussian Blur. Set radius from 1,5 to 2,5. Depend on ur pic.
Press OK.
Copy this layer and set to Screen and lower opacity to 50%.
New Layer, fill with #55300b and set to Exclusion 100%.
Layer-New Adjustment Layer-Channel Mixer.
Red: +96 / +5 / -12
Green: -5 / +97 / -2
Blue: -5 / +9 / +96
OK.

New Adjustment Layer - Color Balance.
Midtones: -12 / +2 / +13
Shadows: -10 / -7 / +12
